Influential Kano Emir was stated dead by family members at
the very early hours of today.
Alhaji Dr. Ado Abdullahi was born in 1930, July 25 and was declared
Emir of Kano in Ocober, 22 1963.He was besides the former representative to Senegal.
Dr. Ado was a liberal Emir and prosperous and was one of the Nigeria’s top regulator
of the stock exchange market.
He was also the former Vice Chancellor of the University of
Nigeria and is even at present the Chancellor of UI (University of Ibadan).
He’ll be buried soonest according to the Islamic norm.
The cause of his death is at the moment unknown.
