Avoseh Satingo, have a case to reply in the asserted assault of a 80-year-old visually impaired lady.
It, in this way, requested that the charged be remanded in jail care.
Officer Yewande Aje-Afunwa made this known after guidance by the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
She said the DPP exhorted that at first sight body of evidence had been built against 19-year-old Satingo.
The Police had on March 24 accused the adolescent of assaulting an octogenarian on her couch.
The prosecutor, ASP Godwin Anyanwu, told the court that the charged, who dwells at the Cele Church Bus Stop, Bilewu Oshoffa zone, Agbovipe town, Badagry, assaulted the grandma in her room.
As per him, Satingo submitted the offense on February 17 at 1p.m.
He said: "Satingo exploited the state of the visually impaired complainant and assaulted her on her couch.
"He was caught by parts of the group who located him leaving his exploited person's room as she sobbed for help."
He said the offense negated Sections 258 and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The court had, in March, suspended the case pending the DPP's recommendation.
