The “Smallest Penis Contest” is set to take place for the 2nd time on June 14th, 2014 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. Contestants will be judged on poise in their evening and bathing wear and a cash prize will be given to one lucky small penis owner. Nicholas Gilronan, who won the competition last time , said the contest is just a little fun on a Saturday afternoon.
