Liz Wahl, the Washington correspondent for RT-America, part of the network that used to be known as Russia Today, said she could no longer work for a channel that ‘whitewashes the actions of Putin’. Her on-air resignation came days after her colleague Abby Martin said ‘military intervention is never the answer’ and that Russia was in the wrong.
